Victoria Lee has worked in federal and state tax controversy for almost a decade. After obtaining a J.D. she went on to obtain a Masters of Law degree in Taxation from Loyola Law School and extern with the IRS Office of Chief Counsel. Her experience includes an array of complex tax issues such as asset and basis valuation, business purpose, and tax credits.
She assists individual and business clients in resolving tax authority inquiries involving income tax, sales tax, employment tax, gift and estate tax, generation skipping tax, and their reporting of foreign and virtual currency. She also advises high income and high net worth individuals on state residency and domicile issues.
